Teknikmagasinet was founded in 1989 and has since sold technical products that make life a little more fun. The range includes everything from mobile accessories and speakers to gaming accessories and gadgets. Mobile repairs and the sale of pre-owned mobiles are a large part of the business, and here a lot will be invested going forward. They have also just started selling pre-owned game consoles. Teknikmagasinet has approx. 60 stores in Sweden and Norway as well as e-commerce which has now been launched in a new version.
With a neglected e-commerce solution and a need to review its entire IT infrastructure, Teknikmagasinet started a pre-study and requirements specification in 2021. Six months later, partners and suppliers were bought up and the new e-commerce project was kicked off together with Grebban and Partnersense. Grebban was contracted for UX and UI and Partnersense for the technical development. Norce Commerce was chosen as the new e-commerce platform.
