Norce, the Nordic region’s leading SaaS platform for digital commerce, today announced that Niclas Heurlin will be stepping down as CEO after years of dedicated leadership in different leading roles within Norce. The board of directors has appointed Fredrik Lindros as the new CEO, starting April 1, 2025.

Niclas Heurlin has been part of Norce since its foundation. Under his leadership, Norce has become a Nordic leader in composable commerce, for B2B and B2C companies with large assortments or complex business models. As Norce enters a new phase of growth, moving beyond a period of consolidation and merger, Fredrik Lindros will take over as CEO. This transition comes at a time of renewed expansion in the ecommerce sector.
Fredrik Lindros, former CEO of First North Premier-listed Speqta, doubled its shareholder value and helped it become one of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses in the Nordics, according to Redeye. With a broad background in media, online commerce, and AI, his expertise in driving high-performing tech companies will be crucial as Norce continues its expansion.
